It's EXCELLENT and absolutely great hotel at a great price. The rooms are well-equipped and extremely spacious with balcony, and the location is excellent in a quiet tree line street a minute away from the main crossroad to all the sights. The staff is amiable and super-friendly and the food is healthy.

This hotel offers double rooms with balconies and is situated in a fantastic location, making it ideal for exploring various attractions nearby.

I booked a room with a balcony, and the service was truly exceptional. We stayed for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the vibrant South Mumbai district.

The location was perfect, with popular tourist attractions within walking distance. The included breakfast and dinner were a great bonus, and the food was delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with daily room cleaning and fresh linens. I had a fantastic experience at Ywca International Centre and would highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at this well-located hotel and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, always making sure I didn't miss a meal. The clean and comfortable room was well-equipped with a large wardrobe and a desk - perfect for working during my stay. The bathroom was spotless and always had consistent hot water. The affordable laundry service was a huge plus, as well as the convenient water jug.

The blanket on the bed could have been a bit thicker for the cold winter nights.

We had an amazing Easter experience in a hotel located at the heart of a bustling city. The hotel offered great services; the staff was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, and our room was spotless with all the necessary amenities. the hotel offered two amazing meals every day, breakfast and dinner, that were delicious and filling. We enjoyed being close to popular tourist attractions and having easy access to transportation options.

While our stay was wonderful, there were a few things we didn't like. The dining area did not have any background music or decorations which made it seem soulless;

the location was amazing, within walking distance to main attractions, bus and ferry tours, and transportation. the staff was very nice and the facilities clean. the included breakfast and dinner were a big bonus and the food was ample.

The bed mattress was slightly hard, but it was bearable once you got used to it. the lift was out of service, which could be a problem for some guests as the stairs could be inconvenient, especially for older people.
